Insurance Team Administrator Part Time

This role will support a small but very focused Insurance Underwriting team a will look to manage their administrative needs. The roles can offer 3 or 4 days per week and allow flexibility around starting and finish time each day. As the Team Administrator you will ensure all the processes that keeps the operations of the business flow. Main function is to assist the staff with all administration functions. Loading correspondence into their online system. Using online diary systems to chase clients for numerous confirmations such as Risk Survey Responses, Outstanding Premiums, outstanding compliance with policy conditions. Preparing reports for staff using multiple sources of information in multiple locations.

Previous experience in an admin role ideally within financial services. Excellent MS Office, Outlook and general PC skills needed.
